Officer Fadel joined the BGRA at an early age. He currently serves as a Compliance Officer with the Tobacco Control Unit, City of Boston and has over 25 years of law enforcement and firearms experience. He specializes in law enforcement training and qualifications and is passionate about teaching minority groups about responsible and safe gun ownership and handling.

Father of BGRA's public range session program. Originally from Belfast, Ireland, settled in Boston in 1998 after traveling the world for years. He has worn many hats in his lifetime – chef, bricklayer, travel agent, skydiving instructor, and restaurant manager, to name a few. Firearms instructor certified by the MA State Police.

Dan has lived in the Boston area for the last 30 years. He is a transplant from rural Eastern Washington State where he grew up hunting and became proficient with rifle and shotgun at an early age. Dan entered the Army in 1968 and served in Vietnam. After returning from Vietnam he focused his life on nonviolence and later became a trainer for nonviolent de-escalation and peacekeeping. He is a Massachusetts State Police and Liberal Gun Club certified firearms instructor, USCCA member and certified in Red Cross first aid. Dan is proud to work at a range that embraces social, ethnic, racial and income diversity.

Claire has 15+ years of experience with firearms since she enlisted in the French Armed Forces. Now that she lives in Boston she shares her passion to foster a better understanding and appreciation for firearms through education and practice. Claire is certified by the Liberal Gun Club and MA State Police to teach the Intro to Range Safety & Shooting, Firearms Familiarization and LTC-019 courses.

NRA & MA State Police certified instructor for Basic Firearms Safety and Basics of Pistol Shooting. Lucas has been shooting since 1966 when his grandfather taught him how to use a .22 rifle. He especially likes to work with people who are new to guns and help them have a fun learning experience in a safe and responsible way. His ultimate goal is to put a smile on your face!
Weekend Manager & Chief RSO
Officer Michael Janus has been affiliated with the BGRA for over 22 years. He is the Director of Training and the Chief Range Safety Officer at the club. He is also the weekend manager and has 20 years of experience as a retired law enforcement officer and Constable in the City of Boston. He is currently working for the Child Support Enforcement Division of the Mass Department of Revenue.

Spanish speaking Bilingual instructor, with five years of experience. Jesús conducts the Spanish version of the MA LTC/FID class. He is charismatic and patient with all of his guests and students and focuses heavily on safety.
